Do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t need a HTL account to shop with us. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and manage everything in one place. You can also choose to check out as a guest for a quicker experience.

The product I want to buy is out of stock. When will it be available again?

You can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page by entering your email. You’ll receive an automated message as soon as the item is back in stock, so you don't miss out.

I forgot to apply my discount code when ordering. Can it still be added?

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. Unfortunately, we’re unable to add them once your order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding.

I have not received an order confirmation.

Please check your spam or junk folders first. Still can’t find it? Email us at info@hayaathelabel.com with your full name, and we’ll make sure this is resolved for you as soon as possible.

Can I change my order or shipping address?

Please get in touch with us immediately after placing your order so we can help with any changes. Once your order has started processing, we’re unable to make any amendments.

I have received my order but one of the items is missing, incorrect, or damaged.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please use our self-serve return form, or email us at info@hayaathelabel.com and we’ll resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

I have returned my item but not received my refund.

Thank you for your patience as we process your return. Please allow up-to 10 working days for the refund to transfer in your original payment method.
