Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch successful orders within 48 hours during business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays will be processed the following business working day. When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
UK Shipping
Standard shipping will arrive within 2-3 business days. During sale periods, order processing and delivery can take 4-6 business days longer.
EXPRESS SHIPPING (MON-THU)
Only available at certain times. Order must be placed before 12:00 (midday) to be dispatched on the same day. We use Royal Mail 24 Hours Tracked & Signed Service. If you have any further questions, you can DM us on instagram.
***Express shipping is unavailable FRI-SUN, your order will be shipped express the next working day if this option is selected at the checkout
International Shipping
We Ship Worldwide. Orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. During sale periods, order processing and delivery can take 4-6 business days longer.
Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Hayaa The Label is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
Wrong shipping address/details.
Please ensure the shipping address you specified is correct and someone is available to receive and sign for your order. The shipping address cannot be changed once your package has been dispatched. If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately to get that changed for you. There will be no shipping refund for incorrect shipping addresses.
Taxes & Duties
We are a UK based company, there will be no fee receiving packages in the UK.
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.
Our prices within the online store do not include overseas duties and other customs charges. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. The charge must be paid by the customer receiving the goods. Hayaa The Label is not responsible for paying those charges and cannot indicate what the cost will be prior your order.
If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus the shipping charges. Hayaa The Label is not responsible if your order is not received, missing or abandoned by the courier. Each country has different package handling guidelines and at times we are unable to locate the package.
